1. CUP#079-24 12924 Highway 92 (Public Hearing and Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend City Council denial of a Variance to reduce the distance requirement between a "CBD and/or Tobacco Specialty Store" and the nearest childcare center and a Conditional Use Permit to operate a "CBD and/or Tobacco Specialty Store" at 12924 Highway 92.
2. CUP#080-24 at 211 Rope Mill Road (Public Hearing & Vote)

Staff recommends that Planning Commission recommend City Council approval of CUP#080-24 that would allow for the construction of a 4-unit residential project located at 211 Rope Mill Road. The proposed project would require a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for a residential development on a parcel less than five acres in size, and two variances.
3. V#206-24 118 Lakestone Parkway (Public Hearing and Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend City Council denial of the Variance requested to encroach into a zoning buffer for the purpose of constructing a retaining wall at 118 Lakestone Parkway.
4. Z#154-24 Vista Ridge Condition Amendment (Public Hearing and Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend City Council approval of a Variance and Condition Amendment for the previously approved residential subdivision generally located on Arnold Mill Road, west of Arnold Mill Elementary School, now known as Vista Ridge.
